About Your Instructor
With over 25 years of experience in the private sector and as a certified crisis intervention officer, he developed the C.A.L.M. program to provide individuals with the tools for conflict resolution, verbal de-escalation, mastering verbal de-escalation techniques, and comprehensive training in crisis intervention and effective crisis management.
